The Interactive PMCube Explorer manages the event data required for process mining in a multidimensional data cube that is stored in a relational data warehouse. Currently, the following database management systems (DBMS) are supported:
- Microsoft SQL Server (recommended)
- Oracle DB
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
However, it is recommended to use Microsoft SQL Server which was primarily used for testing and application so far. Before analyzing processes with Interactive PMCube Explorer, the event data has to be integrated into the data warehouse. On the following pages, you will find more about the preparation of your data.
